CPP OPEN 2023
The CPP Badminton Open 2023 is the first ever official tournament format to determine the seeding of our players. This tournament will be held monthly to present a stage for our players that have been training and working hard throughout the month to showcase their skills and achieve or climb up into the seeding ladders!
Non-tournament players can also sign up! We want to give equal opportunities for everyone in Cal Poly Pomona to compete and enjoy the competitive atmosphere of badminton!

Double Elimination
All players will have a guarantee to at least play twice!
There will be a winner and loser bracket for the tournament

Round Robin
All players will have to play each others once
Each sets won by the players will count as 1 point into their overall points

Which events?
Men's Doubles (MD) will be adopting the Double Elimination system
Women's Doubles (WD) will be adopting Round Robin system
Mixed Doubles (XD) will be adopting Round Robin system(TBA for the date)
